Preston McCollam is a seasoned prosecutor in Spokane, Washington, serving as the Chief Criminal Deputy Prosecutor and now leading the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Known for more than a decade of hands-on experience in criminal prosecution, he has risen through the ranks of the office, overseeing its criminal division and advocating for accountability, victim support, and public safety throughout the community. A Pacific Northwest native with deep ties to Spokane, McCollam blends practical legal expertise with a commitment to upholding the rule of law and strengthening partnerships with law enforcement across the region.
