Sponsored by the WA Department of Commerce,  they offer free CBPS education and support in the Spokane area as part of the Building Efficiency and Clean Operations Network (BEACON) Fellowship Project. They help building owners achieve compliance and can offer help in areas such as:

• General CBPS education
• Assistance with the Clean Buildings Portal and accessing it
• Assistance in applying for exemptions, compliance, and incentives
• Energy benchmarking in the Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM)
• Supporting Energy Management Plan (EMP) and Operations and Management Plan (OMP) development
